Independent living apartment for a single lady with a small dog and a cat. Has it very heavily decorated. Needs help with weekly litter box, linens, surfaces. She does not choose to do her own housecleaning anymore. I am her friend of 30 years and help her with appointments and any supplies she needs. She is outgoing and pleasant. She keeps herself very well groomed. I am looking forward to her having a clan and healthy apartment. Thank you,
