Looking For Helpful House "maintainer"

We are a small family in Austin that needs someone to come twice per week for 2. 5 hours a day. The ideal candidate will be pet friendly - bonus if you are big, goofy dog friendly and love cats. We need someone to help maintain the house with duties such as house cleaning, including dishes, moping, sweeping, and taking out the trash weekly. We are also willing to pay more if someone is willing to help with basic yard care and pet waste removal. We are looking for someone to help us maintain the house and keep it tidy throughout the week. We also work evening shifts and are not up in the early morning, therefore we need help in the early afternoon, our times are flexible for the right candidate.
