Location: Austin, Texas, 78733 Start Date: ASAP Compensation: $25-30/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday 9/10am-5/6pm (flexible to accommodate Housekeepers preference) Description: Family in the Bee Cave/Westlake area are seeking a full-time Housekeeper to care for their main house plus a mother-in-law suite and casita (11,000 square feet total). They are looking for a dedicated and experienced housekeeper to join our household long-term, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming home environment. Note: this position is open to a housekeeper who only speaks Spanish. Duties will include: Daily maintenance (making beds, ironing, laundry, cleaning kitchen, dishes, counters, sweeping, vacuuming, bathrooms, emptying trashes, etc.) Deep cleaning of the home (refrigerator, oven, baseboards, dusting, mopping, windows, fans, outdoor patio, garage, etc.) Create a schedule for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual tasks, and keep a running list for one-off projects (e.g., outside windows, organizational projects, cleaning fans and chandeliers) Restock supplies and keep a list of items that are getting low, let employer know if there are any issues/repairs needed Pet duties - refill water and clean up if one has accidents let dogs in/out as needed, the two girls are potty trained and the boy is almost potty trained Occasional errands Report maintenance issues or necessary repairs to homeowners. Assist with decluttering and organizing projects as needed. Maintain organization in closets, storage areas, and common spaces. Major plus: meal prep and cooking Candidate must be: Experienced cleaning high-end finishes and furnishings Extremely detail-oriented A hard worker with a can-do attitude A dog lover - the family has two 80 lb Bernedoodles and a 12-lb Maltipoo Seeking a long-term position A proactive self-starter who is able to work independently and takes pride in their work Dependable and punctual Positive, with a can-do attitude Flexible and teachable Discreet, respecting the family's privacy An excellent communicator Ability to work independently and take initiative Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy Friendly and professional demeanor Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks. There are 3 children (ages 7, 10, 14, 2 older kids are only 50% there) and 3 dogs in the home. One of the employers can communicate in Spanish if needed. Employers work from home.
