Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Allen

I am looking for a housekeeper that can help my aging parents. I am looking for someone who is familiar with working with older people and some of the issues that go along with aging, ie. some pack rat tendencies, physically unable clean certain areas themselves, super independent still, and a little in denial about needing help, been in the same home for 30 years and have not upgraded, replaced carpet (still looks fine) or anything else. They like to do it all themselves, but it is getting too hard and have agreed to let me get them home housekeeping help. :)
