Housecleaning/organizational Professional With Instinctual Nature

We have a large home but it's now just my husband and I living here - we do have my mother in a detached mother in law suite which would need to be included I am looking for some that excels in just knowing what to do to manage/keep a house clean - I work from home and we have four very small dogs the largest is 8 pounds I'm flexible on days of week but ideally would like to have someone twice a week - I pay cash daily at the end of the shift Organizational skills are really important because I'm not good at that and know it - if you have a decorators touch even better as I'm always open to ways to make the inside of the house look nicer as I love to entertain I've had a housekeeper but she has been unable to find child care and continues to bring her children with her even though I've asked as nicely as possible to just switch days rather than bring 3 and 4-year-olds with her If interested, we live in Shelbyville going toward Tullahoma so ideally the candidate would live in Tullahoma or Shelbyville - I'm literally seeking someone that will treat our home like their home and can see things that need to be done without me making a weekly list I will provide all equipment and supplies needed Please reach out if interested
