The house is ranch-style and about 60 years old. It has a large master bathroom with a walk-in shower (no tub) and a small full bath with a walk-in shower (no tub). There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a dining area. There are 3 other rooms that would not be part of the schedule. The floor is hardwood with one area carpet. The kitchen and bathrooms are vinyl/linoleum. We would like the beds (queens) changed along with the cleaning. There are two people in the home. There are no pets at this time.
