Our busy Franklin home needs a part-time house cleaner. I just can't keep up with it as regularly as I'd like or as thoroughly. So, I need someone who cleans BETTER than me and more detailed. :) I love a clean space but have limited time. We need someone every 3 weeks. $200 is what we would prefer to offer for our 4, 500 sqft home but can discuss hourly rates. Would prefer you have your own cleaning supplies (short of maybe our favorite hardwood floor cleaner), & your own brooms/mops. I have a central vacuum that can be used. Cleaning includes the normal dusting, sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, tidying (we do have children but try to pick up some prior to cleaning), baseboards, windowsills, blinds/fans dusted, bathrooms, kitchen (including microwave) and occasionally indoor windows or changing bed linens. So grateful for your interest!
