About the job
The house is approximately 1000 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and is being purchased on 10/9 for my older single brother (age 81) who is not physically capable of doing the necessary housework to keep it livable. He also has a small dog that is old and presents an added burden in keeping the house well kept Thus he will need an individual that will do the normal housekeeping chores (e. g. cleaning floors, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, changing beds, etc.). My brother has limited mobility and spends most of his time at home watching TV. He tends to be a night owl and sleeping a lot during the day. Scheduling arrangements should be relatively easy since he is at home most of the time.
