Piedmont home needs a part-time house cleaner. Ideal match will meet the requirements below: Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? Vacuuming and/or mopping, Bathroom Cleaning, Wall/door Washing/wiping, Dusting Kitchen Cleaning, Standard cleaning, General Room Cleaning, Changing bed linens, Deep cleaning, Oven Cleaning, occasional Refrigerator Cleaning, Cabinet Cleaning/wiping, Organization (beyond standard tidying/learning where things go), occasional Window Washing. Must be reliable, trustworthy, and careful around expensive items. Must be able to twist, bend and lift up to 50 lbs. Must provide beyond surface cleaning to provide sanitary clean to remove germs. Floors need extra attention. Damaged items will require reimbursement. Must construct your own clean checklist and provide to owner weekly. References needed.
