Housekeeping

The house and rooms are relatively small. Ranch style. We need help with general house upkeep. Dusting, some deep cleaning (oven and stove). Organizing and mopping. Vacuuming moving sofas chairs to vacuum underneath. Cleaning the kitchen and 1 bathroom to start. Adding more duties and time as we progress. Those later duties would include 1 bedroom, dining room, den, guest bath. We could discuss other things beyond these at a later date. We're looking for someone who is professional, pleasant, and quiet. Someone who can work without constant supervision as health issues limit my abilities at times. An individual that would offer suggestions to improve cleaning and organization of the home as I attempt to make things more comfortable and livable. Having your own car would be nice to get to and from the house and to run errands if needed. To get to our house is not difficult to find, we're right on Irby and you can park in the driveway in front of the house. There are no pets to contend with at all. Our neighbor does have a Pitbull chained in the back of their yard. (Right side facing the house.) The dog, Lola seems docile, but it is a Pitbull. The yard is mowed every other Tuesday or Wednesday usually.
