Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Charleston

The house in under construction and I have a cleaning person no but, I need someone that can follow directions and is flexible enough to change their focus every time they come. For example, I might want the focus to be on the kitchen in which case I would expect the person to require more time and it would cost more on that week than a focus on the bathrooms or might be more if the focus was on windows. I am flexible with what focus goes on which weeks as long as there is a focus each time the person comes. Foci include: kitchen, bathrooms, walls/ceilings, windows, baseboards, porch - these would rotate by visit. I would expect standard cleaning every visit and we can go over that onsite.
