Hey there! I own a small, expanding housecleaning business that's making its way into York, PA (think higher-end, boutique-style local company), and we're looking for awesome, reliable cleaners. If you're a pro at making homes shine and want a flexible schedule that fits your life, I'd love to hear from you! I didn't start out to be a big, faceless franchise/company. It's geared around being a boutique-style cleaning company that actually values the people who do the work (I'll and give YOU references for the people who currently work with ME if you'd like!) I've built this business around quality, consistency, and mutual respect. That means we don't send random cleaners to random homes-we try to match each client with one cleaner they'll stick with long-term. Why? Because it builds trust, and it makes your job easier when you know the house, the client, and how they like things done. Cleaning company's in the Central PA area are notorious for low, awful pay, which leads to burnout, high turnover, and unhappy cleaners. That's not how I do things. I pay well, treat my team with respect, and genuinely care about helping you build a schedule that works for you. If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work, you'll fit right in. What We Offer: Flexibility: Start with part-time work and scale up to more full-time if you want to. Great Pay: Earn on average $20-$30 per job- plus tips! I'm not just saying that, I'll make sure you don't earn less than $20 for a job. Most of the cleaning jobs I assign to my cleaners are a flat rate, based on the square footage of the house, the condition, the type of job, and the usual add-ons (inside of fridge, oven, wiping inside cabinets, etc) For the job's I pay hourly (probably around 25% of the work), I would never pay you less than $25 per hour. Friendly Vibes: Work with someone who actually cares and wants you to assign awesome clients to you at a pay you deserve What You'll Do: I'm looking to assign you both recurring cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) as well as (if you're interested) one of cleans like deep cleans/move in/move out cleans. Tackle all kinds of cleaning tasks: kitchens, living rooms, dining areas, dusting, mopping, sweeping-you name it! Chat with clients beforehand to set expectations and make sure everything runs smoothly. Work on your own and bring your smart cleaning skills to every job. What You Need: Experience in house or commercial cleaning. Reliable transportation. Your own cleaning supplies and equipment. A smartphone to stay connected.
