Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner

Searching for a great, dependable, detailed, enthusiastic and kind house cleaner once every week or two to become part of our household family. Really need dependability and kindness and a desire to do things well. It's part of our family dynamic. Bathroom Cleaning, Vacuuming and/or mopping, Wall Washing, Kitchen Cleaning, Dusting, Laundry, General Room Cleaning, Changing bed linens, Refrigerator Cleaning, Cabinet Cleaning, Organization (beyond standard tidying), Window Washing. In general, we are a pretty low-key and clean family, children grown - without major messes or anything, but couple is elderly and needing more help.
