Housekeeper / Nanny In Wayne (Wednesdays)

Seeking housekeeper / nanny: I live in Wayne, and my wife and I struggle to keep up with our house (and selves!) while chasing our 3 boys (7, 5, 1), puppy, and careers. We are looking for some weekly help - ideally on Wednesday afternoons from roughly 4-8 p.m. - with housekeeping and childcare. My wife or I will generally be home during that time, so the hope is that you could EITHER help with childcare OR housekeeping during that time, just to help share the load and bring a fresh energy to keeping our house tidy. Let me know if you might be interested. Thanks in advance for your consideration! Our house is a twin with 3 stories above ground and a partially finished basement. We have 1. 5 baths. Monthly rotational cleaning of each bathroom (2), plus the kitchen, and help improving our organization over time. Patient and considerate nanny / babysitter, with experience baby sitting or nannying for young children (including diaper changes). Experience helping with home organization projects. Capable of navigating steep / uneven stairs. Transportation to and from our house, whether via car. We have a 6-month-old labradoodle (35lbs). She is very friendly, but also energetic. She is very gentle, and we trust her with our kids unsupervised, but we are still working on house-training her. We have a small back yard and we take her on frequent walks.
