Searching for a great house monthly house cleaner for $30 -$40/hour. 3 to 4 hours first cleaning, then 2 hours each month but only Saturdays so owner can be home to secure pets. Home owner was ill many for the past 10 years and home is disorganized, cluttered, and below clean standards. Main focus is floors b/c we cannot keep up with dog hair. HVAC system in home creates an inordinate amount of dust to where even INSIDE cabinets items are dusty. 3rd focus is clothes hung/put away. Need to provide your own pet safe cleaning supplies (detergents, etc approved by home owner) & cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)? Once in shape, the home will need monthly general Room Cleaning Standard cleaning Deep cleaning Cabinet Cleaning Organization (beyond standard tidying).
