Philadelphia home needs a part-time house cleaner. 3 floors, 3 bedrooms, 1. 5 bath. Partially finished basement - only finished part is cleaning requested. I would prefer someone who could provide their own supplies and equipment, or is willing to work with me as I build up what's needed overtime. Looking for someone who will change bed linens as well (typically one bed, occasionally a second). Dishes and laundry not expected. Pending price and quality, overtime there may be opportunity for more frequent cleanings.
