Looking for someone who's obsessed with organization and can help make sure the house feels super organized, decluttered, and that there's a sense of calm (flowers, candles LOVES organization! Also loves to make spaces feel wonderful and calm. We'll need help with basically everything other than deep cleaning - so keeping surfaces clean, laundry, putting laundry away, making beds, etc. We generally prefer to have the kids clean up their own messes, so we'd want someone who is comfortable working with the kids to put away their things together so they can learn. Eventually would love to do that with laundry too. So patience with children is important :) We want someone to feel like part of the family and is good with doing a bunch of random stuff to just be helpful and help bring calm!
