I want someone who cleans the areas I chose (not every room). I need to be able to communicate with them in English. Prefer those who do work by had rather than machines (although if you can use a vacuum cleaner with its attachments skillfully that is OK). I want to see what products are used (will supply if necessary). Good basic cleaning is my goal.
