Cleaning/Organizing Help Needed!! (moving Out Soon)

Looking for someone to do a good cleaning and help of organizing of our apartment. We will be moving out soon and want to make sure things will be in good condition. (This will not be a one time job, certain tasks will be split into 2 or 3 days possibly a week or two apart, hired person will be paid accordingly, we need someone who is willing to accommodate their schedule which we can definitely discuss and we can compromise on however needed!) Needs to be moved out by May 31st Day 1: Includes floor cleaning such as sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning (if possible.) Wiping down of surfaces such as tables, counters, appliances. Picking up Trash and throwing it out Main Focus of Cleaning: Living Area, Dining, Kitchen, Hallway, Master bedroom Day 2: Deeper cleaning that includes dusting and wiping down walls and other harder obscured surfaces Helping organizing materials and putting them into sections in order to get ready for them to be packed up Day 3:(possible open day in case there are any unfinished tasks or extra tasks that needs to be done) (Possibly help with organizing/packing clothes) Qualifications: -Preferring someone who enjoys organizing and putting things together -Someone who is okay with animals (we have a cat) (experience with a cat is a +++) (he is very loving) (shots updated) -Flexibility (we prefer within the week because everybody will be working and out of the apartment) Possible payment- 28-30$ an hour for about 4-5 or hours each day. Tips may be included if job is phenomenal. Will provide small amount of cleaning supplies Such as gloves, sprays, mop solution, rags, brushes, broom, trash bags, and vacuum Easy access to apartment dumpster down the road for trash Other supplies required or Needed: Duster and Mop
