Hello! Hola! Olá! Privet! Ni hao! We both work from home and have busy schedule, so we appreciate good communication, punctuality. What we need each visit: General cleaning (dusting, cobwebs, vacuum/mop floors, wipe surfaces, baseboards as needed) Pet hair removal (especially corners and carpet edges) Kitchen: disinfect surfaces, clean appliances, wipe cabinets and fridge door Bathrooms: scrub tubs, showers, toilets, sinks (remove buildup) Bedrooms: make beds Glass: clean windows, doors, mirrors with Windex (no streaks) Stairs: polish wood railings Deck: wipe down outdoor furniture and sweep If helpful we can provide a detailed checklist for each visit to keep everything clear and consistent Home is ~2, 900 sq ft. 5 bedroom, 3. 5 bath. Our current cleaner is once every 3 weeks. We'd be open to the same, or monthly cleanings.
