This is my father-in-laws house and has not been maintained very well. Its a small house only 900 sq. ft but needs deep cleaning in the bathroom and kitchen. The carpets were just cleaned but an area by the kitchen floor got dirty and needs to be cleaned again. Some windows need cleaning, Sliding glass door window for sure and the dining room window too. It would be nice to have everything wiped down. If we like your service we would like to maintain by appointment only.
