House Cleaner Needed For Regular Cleaning & Rotating Detailed Tasks

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented house cleaner to help maintain our tidy and organized home. Entire home is 1200 sq feet, but our focus is on our bedroom, common spaces, kitchen, and two bathrooms. No need to clean nursery or office. With a 10-month-old and a dog, it's hard to keep up with the details! Regular tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting (including baseboards and light fixtures), wiping surfaces, and cleaning kitchen and bathroom areas. Each visit should also include one rotating deeper-cleaning task, such as scrubbing grout, washing windows or wiping down doors and trim. No laundry or tidying needed. Must be thorough and independent. Our schedule if flexible but would like a recurring monthly date so we can plan ahead.
