two story home but only need downstairs cleaned. Staircase does not need polishing and vacummed as I do this on my own. Have a dog so would like some deep cleaning once a month ie: baseboards, cobwebs, dog hair in small places like corners / under bed etc. My home is very neat, I just want deep cleaning once a month where I can just lightly clean in between. I may go to twice a month eventually.
