About the job
Home is a single story condo, about 1600 sqft. with NO pets. I am not a fanatic but I would appreciate a good work ethic. I have had a cleaning gal in the past who could do what I need done in 3 to 4 hours for which I paid $20/hr. so I would appreciate someone who could get the job done for $100 or less on an as needed basis. . Would appreciate if party is bonded and insured. Please advise. Need someone asap.
