About the job
My sister and I live together. She is a two-time cancer survivor, and I have severe arthritis, degenerating back discs, and have had a hip replacement and back surgery since the pandemic. We have tried to keep up with the house but it's just getting to be too much for us to do, so I want to get her house cleaning service as a Christmas present. The house is a ranch, about 1200 square feet, and we have one small dog. There are 3 bedrooms, but one is used as a den, 1. 5 baths, a living room/dining room, and the kitchen. The first cleaning will need to be bigger and more involved, but once things are in shape we can keep up with it so will just need a monthly cleaning thereafter. I put early January down as a start date but given the need to tear down the Christmas decorations, mid-month is probably a more realistic start time.
