Job Title: Subcontract Cleaners Needed Location: AKRON / MACEDONIA / HUDSON / RAVENNA / CANTON / CLINTON / ETC. SURROUNDING AREAS Job Type: Subcontract/Independent Contractor WHAT IS A SUBCONTRACT? - Our slots gets filled up really fast, so, as a subcontract cleaner, you will operate as an independent contractor, providing cleaning services under our company's brand. This means you manage your own schedule, equipment, and supplies while delivering services to our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform cleaning tasks in residential and/or commercial properties - Dust, vacuum, and mop floors - Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens - Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards - Report any maintenance issues or required repairs to management QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies - Reliable transportation (car) is essential - Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Strong attention to detail and time management skills WHAT WE OFFER: - $25 / HOUR - Flexible hours - Supportive work environment - Opportunity to be added to our list of subcontract cleaners for future jobs - Potential for a long-term partnership with our company I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN START ASAP.
