Town House is just about empty but needs a deep cleaning before we can list the house for sale. There is minimal to no furniture. There are two and half bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a loft. Carpeting is only upstairs. There is a basement that can use a sweeping and just general cleaning. Kitchen cabinets need to be cleaned. Fridge need to be cleaned inside and out as well as the oven.
