BI WEEKLY DEEP CLEANING NEEDED STARTING ON THE EVENING OF APRIL 5TH

Our townhome has a total square footage of 736 square feet. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, one living room, one kitchen, and a basement. The bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs above the kitchen and the living room. The living room and both bedrooms have carpeting. The kitchen and bathroom have tiled flooring. The basement has concrete flooring. Please note that I only do CASH ONLY payments! This is a bi weekly job that is 3 hours each! Also PLEASE WEAR HEADPHONES OR EARBUDS IF YOU'RE GOING TO LISTEN TO MUSIC IN OUR TOWNHOME! My roommate and I definitely need help cleaning and organizing almost everything. Which means we need help with dishes (we have a dishwasher and dishwasher pods below our sink), spraying and wiping down windows, counter tops, mirrors, etc., mopping the tiled floors, vacuuming the carpets with carpet freshener that I can easily provide for you to use, taking out the trash and putting fresh new bags in the garbage bins. We need help with washing, drying, folding, hanging and organizing our clothing, shoes, accessories, bags, books on shelves, etc. (we would tell you where everything goes first) dusting all surfaces, cleaning the toilet shower, toilet and shower drain. Making our beds would definitely be helpful! Basically over all a major deep clean bi weekly! We need someone who's friendly, quiet but not stand offish, open minded, bubbly, kind, understanding, great with instructions, not afraid to ask questions, extremely motivated, enjoys cleaning, very efficient, disciplined for sure, an active listener, very optimistic! Our townhome has many parking lots. Let me know if you have trouble finding our townhome let us know because it is a huge complex! We do have a female cat named Nacho who can be standoffish. She doesn't like being picked up at all. However, she is friendly if you are kind and compassionate to her. She is definitely shy at first as well.
