2 small dogs; 1 cat; 1 middle-aged human ALL applicants MUST be lgbtq+-friendly, at minimum. I have ADHD and am prone to clutter, so mostly it will be sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, etc. while I get a handle on my "doom-piles" with a professional organizer. I am friendly, flexible, and not overly demanding, but I have faced a lot of heavy caregiving duties over the last decade and things have gotten "derailed," so patience and kindness is a plus while I try to get my life sorted back out. I tend to be talkative, so if you can talk AND get stuff done, that's a plus as well. If you are offended by swearing, we probably won't be a good fit. My mouth often engages before my brain does.
