About the job
I currently reside on the lower level of a house. It is a basement thats been partially converted into an apartment. Over time, the place has become extremely dirty, mostly due to my adult daughter and friends (she currently has moved out) and I have been unable to clean due to injuries. Her bedroom, the bathroom, the living room area, and the kitchen will definitely need a heavy cleaning and organizing. Im aware that there may be some things, especially in her bedroom, like smoke stains or ash stains that may not come out. Im not looking for 100% perfection. Im just looking for cleaner and more organized so it will be easier to maintain. I just want to make it clear that this is a fairly heavy duty job in which entails a deep cleaning. I will provide photos so you can get an idea of what needs to be done and price is negotiable.
