One Time - Part Time Cleaner (deep Cleaning, Organizing, Apartment, First Time Client!)

Hello, I maintain my apartment but I need help with deeper cleaning and organization, especially in the bathrooms, kitchen, closets & laundry room. I would like to get rid of things this year and help create a healthy living space. Our apt is 2 bed, 2 bath. You walk into the living room, dining room to the left & through there the kitchen, pantry, laundry room. Through the living room is a hallway to get to the bathroom and bedrooms. The rooms are pretty large, ceilings are 10 feet high. 4 windows and 1 patio door that is a big window. Laundry, closet organizing, bathroom deep cleans, kitchen deep cleans, windows, baseboards, things you forget about, mopping. Help organize, give good advice, give tasks to help me help them when they are not here, good time management, friendly. Yes there is a parking lot that is free No pets
