Dependable Cleaner For Two-Story Townhouse In Brighton

Hello! My husband and I live with our dog and we are moving into a 2 bed/1 bath two-story townhouse with a half-finished basement in Brighton (approx. 1270 sq ft). We are looking for someone to clean our home every other week. We would like the person to do a deep cleaning on July 1st before our furniture & belongings are moved in, and then regular cleanings every other week. Looking for standard cleaning duties: kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and partially finished basement. While our dog is super friendly, we would ensure he is either contained in a bedroom or out of the house when you would be there to clean. (Note: We only need 1 day every 2 weeks, on either Monday, Thursday, or Friday. We do not need someone all 3 days - you pick which of those days would work best with your schedule.)
