We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented, part-time housekeepers for two side-by-side cottages in Portland, each 750 sq. ft. Cottage 1 features an open concept with a loft, while Cottage 2 has two separate bedrooms. Responsibilities include thoroughly cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, washing windows, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless. You'll also be responsible for laundry, changing bed linens, and deep cleaning appliances like ovens and refrigerators. Since both properties are pet-friendly, comfort with pet hair is essential. Each cleaning flip takes about 2 hours. Cleaning supplies and laundry are provided on-site, making the job more efficient and seamless. We are looking for someone who is punctual, efficient, and meticulous, with prior rental unit experience.
