We're only looking for cleaning of common areas: kitchen, one bathroom, hallway, living room. It's not a huge apartment. These areas comprise around 400sqft total. Typical cleaning would include: All rooms: base boards dusted, floors swept & wet swiffered Kitchen: Counters, stovetop, fridge interior/exterior, pantry shelves, microwave interior, window sills, garbage/recycling taken out if needed. Living Room: surfaces and furniture dusted, window sills, mirror with Windex, TV with endust, recycling dumped into living room recycling. Bathroom: tub cleaned, shower tiles cleaned, sink cleaned, toilet cleaned and water tank cleaning disc added as needed, small shelf dusted, window sills, mirror cleaned with Windex, garbage taken out if needed. Hall: a couple pieces of furniture dusted
