A HNW household on the Upper East Side is seeking an experienced, top-tier Executive Housekeeper to join their team year-round. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in NYC luxury homes, who can also work in Southampton during the summer. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: -Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping, including care for fine linens, clothing, and home organization. -Oversee shopping and inventory management for household supplies. -Assist with light cooking when the chef is off, including breakfast. -Work collaboratively with the household staff, maintaining communication via group threads. -Jump in and assist wherever needed to ensure seamless household operations. Requirements: -Extensive experience in high-end NYC homes as an Executive Housekeeper. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. -Strong teamwork skills - this is not a role for someone who prefers working independently. You will be working alongside 3 other housekeepers, along with other household staff. -Valid driver's license - required for transportation in the Hamptons. Must be able to drive. -Comfortable working a flexible schedule that includes weekends (Sat & Sun required). -Must be prepared to live in one night per week while in the Hamptons. -Must be seeking a long-term position. Schedule & Compensation: -Schedule: 12 p.m. - 8 PM, Wednesday-Sunday or Saturday-Wednesday (weekend availability is mandatory).
