Local family seeking a long term reliable and professional housekeeper. The individual hired will have the job for a very long time (provided they wish to do). Must be available once per week. The compensation is $150 cash per week. 1 day per week - 6-8 hours. Location - Massapequa, NY. Duties. Laundry - wash, dry, hang and fold. Empty and load dishwasher. Change bed linens. Vacuum, mop, clean 2. 5 bathrooms including shower, sinks, etc. Vacuum/dust - 4 bedrooms, living room, study. Kitchen- vacuum, dust, mop. Clean countertops, table and stovetop Break down boxes. Take out all trash bins. Unload groceries. Once per month - clean baseboards, Windows, dusting/cleaning hard to reach spots, clean fridge. Special organizing projects as needed for additional compensation.
