The square footage is 1300 feet. Kitchen with vinyl flooring and area rugs, connecting dining room with hard wood floors and area rug. One hallway with vinyl flooring. One small bathroom With a full tub / shower, sink, toilet, and ceramic floor and tub surround. One small bedroom. Living room is 4 risers high with wall to wall carpeting. We have one cat and one Golden Retriever, 4 years old. Who loves people. If you dont like dogs please dont apply. We are home every day of the week.
