Only 2 very nice adults (and one elderly golden doodle) in home. House is well kept. All supplies are provided by us. Key areas to be cleaned are kitchen, bathrooms (2) and primary bedroom (1st floor). Floors to be vacuumed and kitchen, foyer and bath floors wet-swiftied weekly, kitchen and bathroom counters sprayed and wiped down, sinks and toilets cleaned, sheets changed, general dusting, all weekly. Moldings and tops of pictures need periodic dusting as well. Other tasks as needed.
