Hi, Thank you for your response. My home is a two-bedroom townhouse with a total of 1100 square feet. However, I only need the downstairs area cleaned, which is approximately 550 to 600 square feet max. This includes the living room, dining area (open concept with carpet), bathroom, and kitchen. My bedroom, the bathroom, and the closet upstairs do not need to be cleaned as I will take care of those myself. Could you please confirm if this still counts as a one-bedroom apartment cleaning or if there is a different rate for these specific areas?
