Small (800 sq/ft), one bedroom condo that is kept tidy and clean, but I would like a deep, detailed cleaning and disinfecting every month. Hardwood floors to be cleaned and waxed with non-toxic solutions. Loveseat couch to be steamed and shampooed. Curtains and shower curtain to be washed (we have washing machine). Baseboards, crevices, bookshelves, cabinet cleaning. Wood, painted wood, mirror and stone surfaces. Friendly, medium-sized dog will be kept away on balcony to not disturb you.
