Looking For A Dependable Domestic Helper

I am looking for more of a domestic helper. My wife recently passed and I now live alone in a townhome development with my two sweet, docile medium size dogs. I need someone who will do day to day cleaning, periodic grocery shopping, and take care of the dogs (walk a few times a day). Ideally this would be from 11-5 M-F. I understand what I am looking for does not neatly fit the offered categories but thought I would inquire. It is only me living in the home most of the time unless my adult children come to visit so really only cleaning a small portion of the home most of the time.
