Looking a reliable individual to clean our home monthly. I prefer someone who can provide their own cleaning supplies. The expectation for each cleaning include: Vacuum carpeted areas/rugs/stairs Vacuum fabric furniture Mop hard floors Dust entire home, including baseboards, bookshelves and windowsills Complete cleaning of bathrooms - toilets, sinks, tubs, countertops, showers Re-make 2 beds with clean linens Clean kitchen - sink, counters, wipe down appliances I would expect each cleaning to take one individual approximately 2-2. 5 hours to complete these tasks in a satisfactory manner. I'm open to expanding the frequency to bi-weekly once I've found the right person to tackle the tasks.
