Family in Laconia looking for a bi-weekly cleaner. We have had a very hard time finding a reliable company and/or individual who shows up as scheduled, on time. I am looking for somewhere in the middle of a regular / deeper clean bi weekly. We have 3 bedrooms but 2 guest bedrooms don't need to be cleaned so that puts the rest of our house at about 900 sq. ft. includes the master bedroom, 2 full baths (1 is VERY tiny), kitchen, dining nook, living room. I am looking for somewhat of a mix between a standard and a more customized clean: -vacuumed and mopped floors -dusting -clean kitchen, bathrooms, living room, bedroom, nook -take trash and recycling down to bins - load dishwasher - fresh sheets on bed (5 mins) -remove protective couch cover place into washing and turn on (5 mins) - lightly dust 2ceiling fans -they are low (2 mins)
