75% Household Assistant/25% Nanny :)

Experience household assistant for keeping up with chores of busy household of 4 kids and homeschool family. 75% chores/assistance and 25% childcare when I have appts etc Not much deep cleaning as we hire deep cleaning monthly just point person for help with laundry, dishes, kitchen, tidying and cleanup and organization and house management when time permits We have 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths however you would not be responsible for deep cleaning ever just general maintenance and tidying Laundry is top priority, keeping kitchen clean, tidying house, changing/washing sheets, vacuuming, household management and organization. Needs to be self starter and see needs and get them done. Diligent, initiative, experience with laundry and kids, some childcare when I have appts Yes parking Yes 3 cats and 1 dog cocker spaniel- all very friendly
