Cook, Clean, And Yardwork

Looking for someone to cook, clean, and help with light yardwork for $25/hr, 1-2 days a week. We'll provide all equipment and supplies. An ideal candidate: 1 - Has some experience cleaning offices/homes 2 - Loves cooking and is decent at it, even if no professional experience 3 - Is willing to do light yardwork like mowing and planting. 4 - Has conversational English skills Mondays are ideal, since that's the day trash/recycling goes out, but we're flexible. There are no kids. No heavy yardwork is expected (mower is electric and self-propelled).
