Only one bedroom is used for that purpose, the other is used as a craft room. We have one cat, no claws and very friendly! Only a problem if cleaner is very allergic. Cat is not allowed out doors, so needs to be watchful of the doors when coming or going. Man of the house is very particular about the bed linens being changed properly. Dont think any of these items will be a problem. House needs to be cleaned thoroughly every two weeks. May ask for extra cleaning in Spring or Fall, but not always.
