One-time check with possible repeat service for vacation home. Home is mostly clean with trash bin full out back. Pick up is Monday (usually by 1PM) and HOA fines $ if bin is left out. Can leave/return to pull bin to street/return. Possible minor vacuuming and/or mopping if within the same 1-2 hrs. Code for access. Confirm average cost of home clean with/without pet for future.
