About the job
This is a post remodeling cleanup. New kitchen, new bathrooms, new floorings in bedrooms and downstairs. Upstairs there are only a few pieces of furniture. Downstairs carpets cleaned on 4/10. May only need dusting. Will let you know. Perhaps only need upstairs cleaned. There are hardwood floors in the kitchen, family room, dining room, hallway. They will have been refinished the day before on Thursday the 17th. They need to be cleaned VERY GENTLY - I would guess because they are not completely cured , only 80%. Need to use a brush attachment only? I dont know. I will get instruction from the Refinisher regarding how to clean them and will let whomever I hire know what needs to be done. Thanks so much.
