Hello! We are seeking a professional, bonded cleaner who can offer quarterly clean-ups and annual move-out cleanings for our 3 rental homes near University. Quarterly cleanings will include: -- Bathrooms -- Kitchens -- Changing air filters -- Checking major appliances to ensure they're in working order -- Checking outdoor decks and ground for damage / debris -- Checking for extraordinary damage to the home in general -- Changing batteries in all smoke alarm / Co2 detectors and electronic locks Annual move-out cleanings will include the same, plus any additional cleaning necessary to return the home to its original move-in condition.
