New house in Durham, about 1600 sq feet. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, and living room. The property is mostly unfurnished so its pretty easy to mop & clean. Concerns: Spider webs, dust, some debris (from repair & drilling). Insects like cockroaches (a few of them, I might apply a Pest Control Fogger to kill them first but there will be dead insects. Windows. It feels like a 3 to 4 hours job (not sure exactly but again, there are no furnitures yet so should be quicker to clean). After cleaning, I plan to not wear shoes inside the house.
